Abstract
In the present study 286 cows and 30 female rabbits were investigated for natural and experimental infection with
the most prevalent leptospira serovars using ELISA and MAT. Estimation of the corresponding hematological, serum biochemical and hormonal changes were carried out.Serological survey on cow sera suffering from reproductive disorders showed that leptospiral seropositivity using MAT and ELISA were (45.81%) and (52.10%) repectively.
