Abstract
A total of 50 fish products (10 each of smoked herring fesikh moloha frozen fish fillet and frozen fish fingers)
randomly collected from Cairo and Giza markets and supermarkets . The collected samples were subjected to
biogenic amines examination (histamine cadaverine and putrescine) by HPLC and their relation to microbial load (Aerobic plate count enterobacteriaceae count coliform ).
