Abstract • -A0tivity • aml• behaviour ofthe honey•bee•Appis•mellifera L: dependupon many factors operating simultaneously and react to some environmental conditions in a similar manner whereever they occur. The ecological factors prevailing in the location of an Apiary should be studied to know the optimum condition for honey bee activities. The nwnbers indicate that the total nwnbers of apiaries in Egypt was 475484 cell in 1978 while in 1979, was 520785 cell. At the same time ( 1978), in Kafr EI-Sheikh, the total numbers of cells was 25302 and the mean number of the produced honey was 17.45 kg. The total product of honey in kafr El-Sheikh Governorate reached 441558 kg. While, the total product of wax was 1431 kg in the same mentioned year. The totaJ •prOdLfct of honey in Kafr El-Sheikh Govemorate reached 570277 kg, while the total product of wax was 10432 kg was in the same year.
