Abstract

In this study 33 calves vaccinated with Rinderpest, Rift Valley
Fever and Sheep Pox vaccines either individually, 2 vaccines
simultaneously or the three vaccines simultaneously. The serological
monitoring using SNT and IF A revealed that Rinderpest and Rift Valley
Fever Vaccines are safe, non pathogenic and not secreted or excreted in
addition to that they had no effect on the level of obtained Titers of each
,other, while Sheep Pox Vaccine play a role on potentiation of immunity
of Rinderpest and Rift Valley Fever. It was concluded that it is
preferable to use Sheep Pox vaccine before or simultaneously with
Rinderpest and Rift Valley vaccines where it act as an
immunostimulasnt.
