Abstract
In this work we aimed to utilize of 2-aminothiophenes for the synthesis of some new compounds related to thiophenes which possess considerable synthetic and pharmaceutical interest.
The original compounds were confirmed by the spectral data and submitted for biological evolution.
Also, some of the synthesized azo dyes were applied on polyester fabrics and their color measurement and fastness properties were evaluated>
Synthesis of thiophene derivatives:
1- Synthesis of some new arylazo thiophene derivatives starting from 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxamide (1)
2- Syntesize some new sulphadimidine derivatives incorporating thiophene moiety starting from 2-amino-4-phenylthiophene-3-carboxamide (11)
3- Synthesize some new pyrazole derivatives incorporating thiophene moiety starting from 2-aminothiophenes 23a-b and 1
4- Syntesize some new naphthoquinone derivatives incorporating thiophene moiety starting from 2-aminothiophenes 23a-b and 1.
