Abstract This study aimed to : The present study was carried out in Poultry Farm, Agriculture Researches and experiments Station, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University, Dakhlia Province, Egypt, during January and February 200. At one day of age, five hundred and seventy six chicks were randomly chosen from a large population of Hubbard broiler chicks and allocated randomly into 16 equal groups (36 chicks for each divided to 3 replicats). A factorial experimental design (4 X 2 X 2) which contains four levels of corn and cobs meal (0, 15, 30 and 45% replacement from rations) and two levels of Sicozyme® (0 and 1 g /kg diet) in two form, (mash vs. pellets) was used. The experimental work aimed to study the effect of feeding graded dietary level of corn and cobs meal without or with Sicozyme® supplementation in two diet forms (mash vs. pellets) on growth performance traits, digestibility, blood serum constituent, carcass characteristic and digestive organs traits and economic efficiency. Conclusions : In conclusion from the nutritional and economical efficiency stand points, it could be recommended either to use up to 15% fed corn with cobs meal, in pelleted diet supplemented with enzyme to improve productive performance and economic efficiency without adverse effects on growth, viability, carcass traits and blood parameters of broilers from 1 to 42 days of age. |
