Abstract

The aim of this study was to explore the role of Ras in MMC induced apoptosis in bladder cancer and to determine the efficacy of a combination therapy in vitro.MMC is a commonly used intravesical treatment for superficial bladder cancer , but its role in combination therapies in more aggressive disease has not been investigated.
