Abstract
Lichen planus is chronic pruritic skin disease with mysterious aetiopathogenesis its histopathology is characterized by hyperkeratosis hypergranulosis focal acanthosis with elongation of rete ridges and hydropic degeneration of basal cell layer with a band of dermal cellular infiltrate.
