Abstract
Children labor is a pervasive problem throughout the world, especially in developing countries, it has a great impact on child health psychological, social and physically. The study aims to determine the impact of health education program about physical, social and psychological status for working children in Damietta City. Subject and methods; The study is conducted on one hundred child having the inclusion criteria will be included in the sample; data were collated using four tools were used in this study. One hundred children having the inclusion criteria will be included in the sample, Results reveal that all of working child are boy, and work for more than eight hours per day, the main causes of children work is interest the work (32%), (28%) parents and most of working children were insulted and punished corporally at work from their owners of work. Conclusion; the designed educational program lead to significant improvement of health hazard’s and habits of working children after the program. Recommendations; medical insurance should be provided to all working children, periodic medical checkup should stressed according to the type of prevention.
