*Introduction and research problem: - Modern management is an essential aspect of the production system in any society administration aimed at the over all organization of the relations of political, economic, social and organization of work and the achievement of team spirit at work. Prepare for what may not happen and deal with what happened is a crisis Management. Crises Management in the sports association is butan unexpected problem could leadto acatastrophethathas not been resolved quickly.It was known”as any situation or eventleads to the events of positive changesand seriousin the results” and is ”an event or an accumulation ofa set of, eventsexpectedto occur affecting the enterprise system or part of apractice break from work wholly or partially for a period longer or shorter for some reason followed by a specificentity affected and the transformation.
The crisis management is the most important of the science which occupies a high position inthe developed countries and increasingly important by increasing business and increasing needs in the field of human activities and breadth, which requires asystematic and thorough understanding of the business to can be accomplished with minimal effortand fastertime and as efficiently as possible.
And accompanied by progress in the field of sports with the various areas of society, it has been a note of the assets with the beginnings of this century. However there is still an omission of a key aspect of the problems of field sports, a component of crisis management and represent pools swimming great importance in the sports bodies, where it is one of the activities that attract a large number of practitioners, so it requires the managers of pools

swimming to deal with crises in a scientific regulated depends on the knowledge
Management of crises,sports, and this is the science of modern science, which can contribute to the reduction ofcrisesthat can occurcomplexes, swimming, how tomake use of the minfacing the crisis.
There are many obstacles facing the swimming pools managers and many of the crises that have faced such a fire in the Swimming Pool Complex or sinking or AotsrbKlorao short circuitor in terrupti on of illumination during training, a crisis like thes wine fluand its role inreducing the size ofthe practiceon the compound and not to demand the exercise of the activity or crises that may occur in internal competitions and other crises expected.
from the reality ofmy study in the Department of Sport Management in aFaculty of Physical Education, Helwan University, and also from thepractical reality of complex swimming pools as a supervis or noticed that there are many obstacles that would cause the occurrence of many of the crises as administrative or technical and human in the swimming pools complexes and out from my work I believe that there must be a study showing the activities of managers of swimming pools in sports crisis management.
So we must develop plans and strategies that help managers of the swimming pools in crisis management and from here coming the importance of evaluating the performance of managers of swimming pools, and knowledge of the challenges they face and their willingness to face or detected the crisis and manage it correctly.
Necessary for any institution is keen to continue the progress that the process of evaluating continuous for all aspects of work, as the effective and its programs has become the modern-day companion

for all the operations of educational institutions, and to that without the process of evaluating a continuous and comprehensive can not know the reasons for successes, or it is can meet the constraints and thus can not do development. .
The crises that occur in organizations or institutions, are only sudden changes in the environment of internal or external to the organization or institution without expecting them or require to be avoided, the truth which is supposed to stand in front of a lot to obituary and realize it is there is no country in the world is immune completely from the crisis, even survived these dangers and horrors for many years, has accompanied the human crises since found on this earth and deal with it according to the potential available to reduce their effects.
Crisis management in the sports field is the direction dealt with the sport movement to be launched to the goals of the future centuries and stand in Physical Education and Sports in the ranks ofadvanced other science by science to control all the weather events that imposed on the sports movement, namely the Department based on the study, research, and take advantage of the experiences of developed countries which have already faced such crises or situations which closely resemble them.
The importance of this research in it serves a sector of the most important and most dangerous sectors in sports clubs, namely it swimming pools sector , and to manage or face or meet the crises that may occur by .
The researcher noted that it has no interest in the knowledge of crisis management in the swimming pools and swimming pools managers depend on practical experience only in crisis management in the swimming pools .

* Research objectives:-
Study the events of swimming pools managers in the sports crisis management by identifying:-
1- Philosophy of crisis management
2- Causes of the crisis .
3- Safety and security factors .
4- How to avoid the crisis .
5- How to prepare for crisis management .
6 - Scientific approach to crisis management.
7- How to take advantage of the crisis.
8- Methods of evaluating the performance of the crisis .
1-The approach used :-
the descriptive researcher used specialist surveys for suitability to the nature of research and to achieve his objectives .
2- The research community:-
The research community represents as all swimming pools workers such as (swimming pools managers - two deputy directors of swimming pools – administration person - Supervisors rescue) as well as the administrators of the swimming pools.
3- Sample of research :-
Hit the core sample (59) examinations , was selected from among the individual components of the categories of the research community, while the census sample reconnaissance (20) examinations , were selected from within the research community and outside of the core sample to study .
4- Datacollectiontools: -

Is the one of a data collection tools and key information in this study and the researcher was from the research problem based

questionnaire designed to build on the nature of the Applied Research and which is as a follow :-
 Identify the main axes of the questionnaire
 Form design expert opinion
 Identify phrases consisting of the questionnaire and drafted Conduct scientific transactions of the questionnaire
*Conclusions:-
In light of the objectives of research and his questions in the framework of the scientific method used and was used by the researcher of the tools for data collection, and followed the procedures, as well as through statistical analysis of the data, presentation and interpretation of the results enables the researcher to identify how the swimming pools managers dealing with crises sports . and the results were derived as follows: -
1- Management of swimming pools do not put pre-plans for crisis management.
2- Department of swimming pools does not keep pace with new ideas in how to deal with crises, especially in tournaments.
3- No benchmarks show places deep in the swimming pools.
4- Security located in the swimming pools could not handle the case at the time of sinking.
5- There is no ambulance in sports clubs.
6- No training courses for sector swimming pools for swimming complex crisis management.
7- There is no management of the sports clubs, specializing in crisis management.
8- is not a crisis management scenarios for anticipated complex swimming
9- No prediction and preventive crisis management before they occur.

10- are not taken to the work of first aid courses for all workers periodically manage complex swimming.
11- The Department is not the work of industrial safety courses for all security personnel.
12- The department does not work daily report about the percentage of chemicals used.
13- The Department does not monitor the performance of employees complex swimming.
14- There are no standardized tests for the selection of the rescue team.
15- There is no modern means of communication for crisis management.
16- There Is No Doctor lasting swimming complex.
17- No swimming complex crisis management team.
18- Management does not have a method of determining the sources of the crisis to prepare for them.
19- do not specify the dimensions of the crisis management to prepare for them.

21- there is no manner of swimming pool management study and analyze all the circumstances that resulted in the crisis to prepare for it.

*Recommendations:-
1- To develop management plans for swimming pools prior to crisis management. 2 - to keep swimming pools management new ideas in how to deal with crises, especially in tournaments. 3 - How to clarify signs indicate places deep swimming complex.
