Abstract
Diabetes mellitus is a clinical syndrome characterized by hyperglycemia due to deficiency or diminished effectiveness of insulm, lack of insulin whether absolute or relative, affect the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, fat,water,electrolytes and sometimes with grave consequences.
