Abstract
The main object of this thesis is to study the perfect, self-injective ring. It is shown that any right module over a left perfect ring is maximal injective if and only if it is injective. It is also shown that if R is a left perfect, right simple-injective ring then R is quasi¬Frobenius if and only if the second Socle of R is countably generated as a left R-module
