Abstract

A total of 270 different clinical bacterial isolates including diarrheagenic Eschericia coli, K panumoniae, shigella flexneri, staphylococcus aureus, and E. feacalis were recoveres from 310 different clinical samles. F perliminary screening of virulent isolates, congo red binding test was performed Positive result was indicated by red colored colonies. Adhesion, invasion, toxin production, gelatinase, and cytolyin peoduction were the main virulence factors investigated in the test isolates.
