Abstract

The importance of this research lies in the importance of hotel sectors in the country as it has increased lately, and the importance of tourism sector in general and hotels in specific. This importance suppOli the national economy via reaching the highest levels of cleverness this is considered one of the additional values to achieve the competition if it is locally or internationally. The importance of this stocky is based on the try to support the management of human resources in applying a scientific syllabus that hotels can adapt to keep labor that exist especially the clever individuals Methodology of the study:
This research mixes between library study and practical study as follows:
The researcher used the arabic and foreign assays, periodicals, magazines and related researchers in the study even in the hotel management in general or in the hotel Career in particular.
The researcher will need to do practical study through interviews with manager of human resources at hotel ( study sample ), in addition to interview with employees in the first super VISIOn level and this through a list of questions through interviews with some professors and experts in the field of the study.
