Abstract
The aim of the study was to assess knoledged of pesonnel working in day care nuseriesin Alexandria regarding needs of pre school children from 3-6 years as weell as to indeniffy their characeristic training and criteria of selection.
The study was carried out an all categories of personnel working in differnet day care nurseies in Alexandria the sample covered three hundred persos working in forty nurseries.
