Abstract
Fashion is a branch of traditional heritage of the important material in which a researcher finds a great richness and originality worthy of care and attention and development.
Garments are all wearing the individual clothing and its supplements whether outside or inside the house and raw artwork and change it and thinking which is an important element in building a composition of the artwork because without it no longer has a structure of concrete or visible attract impressive scenes or Taster and without them remains artwork prisoner to the imagination of the artist without be achieved in the physical reality of the oblique eyes.
Therefore research aims to shed light on the curtain fabrics and upholstery because of its characteristics of a unique aesthetic and try to reach out to design innovative nature of force and beauty fit for women’s clothing, especially evening wear that need the attention of adult workers and those in the field of clothing for their development and regeneration of fast quick fashion.
The Fashion today is interesting also that there is a diversity of clothing on all occasions in the sense that for every occasion clothing of his own and see the freedom of creative thought have emerged severity of curtains and upholstery which is characterized by aesthetics and special features make it worth turning to his study to suit the character of evening wear for women.

The research consists of three sections:
Part I: Theoretical framework
Includes four chapters:
Chapter I: The research plan.
This chapter includes (Introduction and research problem and the importance of research and research objectives and the limits of research and hypotheses and research tools and previous studies related to the subject of research).
Chapter II: The concept of the design bases and components:
This includes a chapter (the general definition of design - the concept of fashion design - design stages - design aspects - the success factors of the design - the design elements - foundation design - the concept of innovation - innovation stages of the process).
Chapter III: women’s clothing
This chapter includes (the definition of clothing - the importance of clothing - garment categories - types of women’s clothes - evening wear categories - raw materials evening wear - types of supplements, clothing - general rules for supplements, clothing).
Chapter VI: The fabrics, curtains and upholstery
This chapter includes (upholstery fabrics - Factors affecting upholstery fabrics - qualities which should be available in the colors of upholstery fabrics - the division of fabrics Textiles - Installation Structural Fabrics - Features of upholstery fabrics - functional properties

Part II: experiments
First: is proposing a set of designs and number (30) determined who are all Evening dress, and varied between (Wedding Dress - Engagement Dress – Evening Dress – Evening Set – Evening Cloak) and focused on the study employing curtain fabrics and upholstery which is also taken into account in these designs that are diverse in terms of structural lines and colors.
Second: I have been using manual drawing in the designs with the use of the program (Photoshop) to make the formulation of plastic arts in a variety of designs and to show the aesthetic aspect of design.
Third: a questionnaire was prepared for the arbitration of the proposed designs and accompanying research.
Fourth: the work of a personal interview for the application of a questionnaire to solicit the opinion of some experts, clothing and textile designs to determine the most suitable for implementation fabrics, curtains and upholstery.
Fifth: was chosen the most suitable and best designs that can be implemented, curtains and upholstery fabrics for the implementation of research applications.
Sixth: the implementation of a number (3) designs are the best and most suitable designs.

Part III: Results and discussion
Discusses the statistical analysis of the results of a form of arbitration to determine the best designs used to enrich the aesthetic values of the women’s clothes, especially evening wear and offered to discuss these results.

• The was Achtaaraaly five designs ranking was as follows: - 1. Proposed design (5) holds a first ranking quality factor (97.92%). 2. Proposed design (21) holds a first ranking duplicate quality factor (97.92%). 3. Proposed design (29) holds a second ranking quality factor (95.66%). 4. Proposed design (24) holds a ranking Aaii quality factor (94.19%). 5. Proposed design (28) holds a fourth ranking quality factor (92.13%).
• 5 designs have been implemented with the highest quality plants and using curtains and upholstery fabrics and designs gave the highest results in the form of a questionnaire.
