Facing university education funding in light of current economic conditions big problem hampered development and development, and in light of the increasing cost at the moment beyond the potential of many countries, especially developing countries, and under tremendous development which Limoges by the physical world where it appears now and then input new and modern university education should be developed an interest in the importance of its role in the education system and the acquisition of knowledge, and in this sense emerged several modern versions of educational formula vouchers to bring about a radical change in the methods of financing education.
To enable educational institutions can prepare a generation of distinguished graduates has the ability to be creative in the labor market should provide funding, which helps to meet the deficit in financial resources faced by educational institutions.
Based on that, the problem of the current study looking at how to apply the vouchers educational system and the possibility of making use of it in the financing of university education in Egypt.
Questions of the study:
The study identified a problem in the next major question:
What are the system requirements educational vouchers - theory and application of those in charge of funding for university education in Egypt?
The fork of this question the following sub-questions:
1- What bonds educational system? What are the important and goals?
2- What are the problems of financing education in Egypt, which calls for taking vouchers educational system?
3- What is the reality the experiences of some countries that took form vouchers and the reality of their application?
4- What’s the possibility of benefiting from educational vouchers in reducing the problems of education funding in Egypt?

Objectives of the study:
The present study aimed to identify the requirements of the application system educational vouchers in financing university education in Egypt, with the aim of participating in attempts to renew and reform the system of financing education in Egypt and the introduction of educational form vouchers, and by trying to identify:
1- Features educational system application bonds in financing university education in Egypt.
2- Obstacles facing the vouchers educational system in financing university education in Egypt.
3- Proposals for the application of the of vouchers educational system.
The importance of the study:
Facing university education funding system in Egypt many problems, especially in light of the challenges and conditions of contemporary economic reality, and where educational vouchers is one of the modern versions, the application in university education an important need in order to fix the problems of financing university education in Egypt.
And then can explain the importances of the study are as follows:
1- The importance of the study by clarifying the advantages of vouchers educational system.
2- Freedom of choice and competition in education is a cornerstone of our society.
Study Methodology:
The researcher used the descriptive method in order to identify the reality of the system application of educational vouchers in financing university education in Egypt.
Tools and the study sample:
The study relied on questionnaire tool - where the researcher prepared a questionnaire submitted to:
Faculty of university education to get to know the reality of the application of vouchers educational system to finance university education at the Universities of Cairo and Mansoura.
Study Results:
The research to a number of results, notably:
1- That attention should be for poor families (low-income) in the first place.
2- There is a difference between the views of the faculty members in science faculties and colleges about the advantages of applying literary vouchers educational system.
3- And there is a difference between the views of faculty members in colleges scientific and literary colleges around obstacles that may face the application of vouchers educational system.
4- There is no difference between the views of the faculty members in science faculties and colleges about the application of literary educational system.
