At the beginning of this century, a great development in all life aspects has strongly happened. This has affected the physical education as one of the important fields used in preparing the individual who is considered a building unit of the society. For that, countries have been looking at the sporting superiority as one of the important aspects of its progress and civilization. It was necessary to take care at first of the educational process inside the educational corporations which serves big numbers of the society’s members to achieve the required results in the field of sport. So it was necessary to work on identifying the best ways and methods which contribute in preparing the student physically, skillfully, cognitively and sentimentally as fast and effortless as possible to be able to achieve the best results.
There is no doubt that physical education ”teaching or learning ”always requires seeking for logical solutions for all its problems and obstacles because it’s one of the important aspects of education with taking into consideration that its success depends on what the working on this operation use from the educational ways and methods.
The learner may not have the chance to understand enough the vision because of the fast pass of the skill in front of him without giving it enough caring, so it only leave him an unclear impression and this results in gaining wrong performance of the kinetic skills.
As a result, the awareness of the teachers of the necessary of using the educational technology has increased for its great role in providing the teacher with instruments and devices that help in delivering the information easily to the learners. The multi-media method is considered one of the aspects of the modern educational technology. It is considered an educational system that functional interacts through the educational part to achieve particular goals. The multi-media make a well-knit sequential organization that allows all learners to develop themselves according to their characteristics and to be active and positive during passing through it.
In the Egyptian schools, and in spite of the used new techniques in education , producing and teaching programs using the new applications of computer in many educational specialties but the field of sportive and physical education are still far from being improved by these techniques and applying it with what suits different activities of educational field in spite of the existence of the classes of( knowledge fountains -- technology) teaching in many schools include different new computers and projectors that are used for presenting educational programs of other subjects .
The researcher found out through his checkouts to the previous studies and as far as the researcher knows that some studies did experience that technique (multi- media) which had referring results that the use of this technique works on the speed of the kinetic skills learning very well .Also with a reaction between subjects and students in a better way in spite of that the researcher didn’t find a study that experienced the mixture between the multimedia techniques and the rest of the educational techniques including ( practicing and duties ) so the researcher did this study thinking that the mixture would be more effective in getting the student to acquire more kinetic skills as it helps the student to positively share in the educational process giving more liberty in dealing with the studied subjects what results on a reaction between the student and the subject what achieves the aim of the educational process .
And throughout the researcher’s experiences within teaching subjects of field and tracks in schools , he noticed that students got weakness in their skills in the athletic competitions due to (according to the researcher) that learning field and tracks competitions requires specifications of the performance techniques and the right connection between information that get directing it for the kinetic.
