Abstract Recently getting physical fast product is critical ill exploring novel design concepts. The sooner designers experiment with new products, the faster they gain inspiration for further design changes. A new physical rapid prototyping concept called layered manufacturing or solid freeform fabrication (SFF) has gained popularity worldwide. The key idea of this new Rapid Prototyping(RP) technology is based on decomposition of 3-D computer models into thin cross¬sectional layers followed by physically forming the layers and stacking them up ”layer by layer.” The work in this research is using Rapid Proto typing in manufacturing Group technology(GT)which is used to identify families of parts for the purpose of realizing common features for improved the performance of design and manufacturing through, measuring the accuracy of product at selective family from Opitz code The first step in this work is selecting the part represents the family of the group under research and attached it for several processes in CAD After manufacturing the representative part of the family then the next step is disassembling group to several parts before transmit it to Stereo Lithography During manufacturing process, accuracy measurement and development for the product is considered by examine the factors affecting on it .
