villages of the two governorates.
Data were collected by using a qu> stionnaire, This
questionnaire has a list of points cover Ina n competencies
necessary for the agent such as job inportance, and
res ponsibility.
The numbers of extention sampled were 151 (about 50
from all agents in the two aovcrnorares ). ’.. ’-
The data collected were statistically’ nalyzed and the
res ults showed.
