Abstract
The study of this thesis included some methods of propagation of one the queen of bulbous flower and the most important florist crop in egypt.This work also included finding a new method to srerile Gladiolus grandiflorus in vutro, and an improved surface disinfection method for explants for gladiolus corms infected with bacterial soft rot.
