Introduction Given the importance of university Education in achieving the needs of the community diverse and meet the requirements of comprehensive development, as well as because of its direct impact on the lives of every member of the community, especially in light of rapid changes and successive contributed to a significant and means of communication evolving, and the phenomenon of openness societies of the world to each other in visibility in the past few years, making the competition between higher Education institutions in the quality of their outputs imperative for survival and excellence in the era of globalization.
And indicates ”Ashraf Mahmoud Shahat” (2008), citing ”Sakina Mohamed Nasr” that curricula of colleges of Education sports include many substances theoretical and practical associated program of professional preparation for teachers of Physical Education, which aims to prepare students for the teaching profession and training Qualifies to this profession and which meets the all students and experiences the college Teaching through field training.

So he emphasized ”Bahaa Ismail, Ahmed Ibrahim” (2006) on the need to develop a clear procedural standards for the adoption of practical Education programs in the faculties of Physical Education at universities in Egypt kept pace with contemporary global trends, while at the same time be appropriate for the Egyptian environment.
The Problem and The Importance of Research
The parameter is the backbone of the Educational process and the main factor which depends upon the success of Education in achieving its goal and achieve its role in the social and economic progress, that form the cornerstone of the Educational process, without which there can any approach whatever the wisest and put whatever selected content and methods of teaching to play its role and its objective without teacher aware of this approach in terms of bases and objectives, content and methods of teaching and evaluation.
And teacher of Physical Education bear the largest burden in raising motivation young to practice sports organization both inside and program activity internal or external to the school, it is through teaching, activity and effort can contribute the lion’s share in the development of school sports, as well as the teacher of Physical Education has the leading role in guiding students by making its Article exciting, fun and desirable, it is by virtue of teaching Physical Education activities dear to the hearts of schoolgirls in a convenient position to be an example Hits of her students.
Given the importance of the role of a teacher of Physical Education in achieving the goals of the school curriculum year, so it was necessary to draw attention to the need to be evaluated students of Physical Education trainees during field training in an objective manner in accordance with the quality standards set to determine the degree of

efficiency which contributes positively to stimulate motivation students trainees to make more effort to feel successful, as well as it helps them to take advantage of positive feedback from existing guidance and supervision of field training.
In light of this clear the importance of the current study, which is in response to contemporary trends in modern Education, which provides a targeted Physical Education and effective means through which it can guide and calendar Physical Education students during field training in accordance with quality assurance standards.
Based on the response, the Researcher considers several Educational institutions both in the level of pre-university Education or university Education, including the Faculty of Physical Education for girls on the island, Helwan University in progress for adoption through the unity of accreditation and quality assurance of the Ministry of Higher Education. Which necessarily called for the presence of specific criteria for each decision of the professional preparation program for students of Physical Education contains (objectives - target Educational outcomes - content and time domain necessary to execute - the Educational potential - evaluation methods used) for each of courses.
Was confirmed by the Ministry of Education on the need to provide objective means of evaluating students and trainees and students using advanced methods in addition to achieve a comprehensive quality, which requires access to standard levels for Setup student and the student teacher.
As the field training is one of the cornerstones of the program of professional preparation for students of colleges of Education sports, so I found a Researcher that it is necessary to evaluate students Physical Education trainees during field training according to quality standards that The level of satisfaction this college and that are compatible with standards to ensure the adoption of quality private higher Education faculties of Physical Education and approved by the General Authority for accreditation and quality assurance in higher Education.
Research Aims :
The research aims to design a list of evaluating students of Physical Education in the field training in accordance with the quality standards to identify:
1. Over the possession and exercise of students / teachers in the field training at the Faculty of Physical Education Sadat - Monofia University in accordance with quality standards ”skills, knowledge and understanding, mental skills, professional and scientific skills, general

skills and transmitted” from the perspective of the specialized supervision.
2. Significant differences between students / teachers features and advantages in skills ”knowledge and understanding, mental skills, professional and scientific skills, general skills and transmitted” according to quality standards.
Research Questions:
1. Do you already have and exercise students / teachers in the field training at the Faculty of Physical Education Sadat - Monofia University skills ”knowledge and understanding, mental skills, professional and scientific skills, general skills and transmitted” in accordance with the quality standards?
2. What is the relative ranking of Physical Education for students in the field training in accordance with the quality standards within each axis of the main axes?
3. Are there significant differences between students / teachers features and advantages in skills ”knowledge and understanding, mental skills, professional and scientific skills, general skills and transmitted” in accordance with the quality standards?
Research Methodology
Research procedures.
First: the Research Methodology.
The Researcher used the descriptive method of surveys due to the suitability of the nature and purpose of the problem of this study and its questions.
Second: the research community.
Represent the research community of students fourth year enrolled for the academic year (2011/2012 m) in the Faculty of Physical Education Sadat - Monofia University, and of their number (67) student intern schools Monofia Governorate middle school ”the second episode of basic education” during the field training discrete and continuous.
Third: The research sample.
Sample was selected search as intentional from students of Physical Education for the fourth of what year university (02011/2012), in attendance during the field training Accordingly were excluded (student), has stood the Research sample used in the transactions Scientific (40) student of the total original community and outside of the core sample, while the strength of the core sample (26).

Fourth: Data Collection Tools
The researcher note card design proposed to evaluate the students of Physical Education in the field of training in the light of the reliance on quality standards as a means to collect data for this study. (Prepared by the researcher). Facility (8).

Sixth: the scoping study.

3. Appropriate methods of implementation of the objectives of Physical Education classes. ”Ways and methods of teaching.” And comprised of (12) indicator of success.

1. Check quality of the evaluation of students studying Physical Education. And comprised of (6) indicator of success.

- Identify the criteria that should be available for selection for the Committee of Examiners (internal - external) responsible for evaluating students sports in practical exam for field training.
- Give the student teacher freedom to choose a school that takes into account the spatial dimension of the school and residential student, through identified for three wishes names of schools that want training in, that is determined school in coordination with the coordinator of field training department teaching methods, training and education process.
