Aim of the work:- The aim of this work was to estimate independent risk/ratio of each patient- related factor upon the outcome and prognosis of acute lower limb ischemia. Patients and methods:- This study was performed on 40 patients suffering from (acute limb Ischemia) admitted in vascular surgery unit, department of surgery, Tanta University Hospital, in period from June 2011 to March 2012. Lines of treatment in this study were, conservative treatment, revascularization through embolectomy or thrombectomy and if all measures failed amputation. |
