Abstract

Thermoiuminescence (TL) is the thermally stimulated light emitted from an insulators or semiconductors when it is heated flolowing of previous exposure to ionizing radiation. Experimental results are usually apresented as a light intensity as a function of temperature or time. The resulting curve of intensity aganist temperature, or time, is called a glow curve and contains one or more glow peaks.
