Modern age witnessed innovations and significant changes in the level of economic, social, cultural and technological development, and efforts to development plans at the national level will not bear fruit unless the family planning of their resources approach to life and to make a balance between resources and objectives in the light of contemporary changes successive.
The comprehensive development of any society depends primarily on mobilizing its human and material resources which requires survey these resources for ideal utilization and efforts for their development, and considers the human development one of the essential determinants for the comprehensive development and so out of that man is the ultimate goal of development, and at the same time its instrument, therefore the human development received scientists’ interest in all disciplines. Therefore, the development of consciousness evolution and technological progress is one of the key factors in the economic and social challenges to the development of society. Especially we are today in an age characterized by rapid development in various aspects of knowledge. Which underscores the great influence of the technological development in the life of the family, and then led to a significant change in family decisions, therefore the possession of the modern household equipment becomes one of the features of this age and a necessary goods required for individuals life, but the use of these devices is reflected its impact on the economies of the family and the management’s internal affairs successfully. Therefore it has to enlighten women with the importance of technological development for some durable household equipment and to identify new technologies and features, and advanced features of these equipment and methods and techniques that enable them to maintain the longest life as possible and to ensure their use necessary efficient for the longest time and at the lowest cost for maintenance.
