Abstract
The exact pathogenesis of LP is unclear It is presumed that unknown antigens provoke an immunologic reaction of the cellular type the consequence of this process is local destruction of KCs of basal layer of epidermis and a linear infiltration of CD4 and CD8 lymphocytes in DEJ.
