Abstract
The effectiveness of different methods of management of the neck in T3N0 glottic carcinoma as regard recurrence rate and survival rate has a great controversy. In this study we review systematically the published studies, attempting to answer question:
What is the most effective method in management of T3N0 glottic carcinoma concerning recurrence and survival rate?
The study was conducted to review the English language literatures, in order to identify evidence that fulfilled inclusion and exclusion criteria. We identified 89 studies that reported the effectiveness of different methods of management of T3N0 glottic carcinoma.
