Abstract The aim of this study to evaluate the antimicrobial effect of ozonated olive oil on different types of bacteria present in infected root canal of teeth in an in vivo study. This study was conducted on 30 Egyptian patients with age ranges from 18 to 30 years with periapical radioluceny related to single rooted teeth. The patients were divided into three main groups according to type of irrigation used during root canal treatment Group A as saline irrigated group, Group B as ozonated water irrigated group and Group C as chlorohexidine irrigated group. |
