This study aims to compare among the three models of Item Response Theory (one , two, and three) parameter logistic models on calibrating objective question Item bank in mathematics according to accuracy . Accuracy can be represented through :
• Decreasing standard error of difficulty estimation.
• Decreasing standard error of ability estimation.
• Increase of reliability indexes.
• Increase of items information functions.
