The subjects of the present study included 154 women at the previously mentioned settings, and selected under the following inclusion criteria: Women medically diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, free from any other medical problems, married women, at reproductive age.
There are two types of tools for data collection that are used for achieving the aim of this study: women’s basic data assessment tool designed by researcher. It is consisted of 39 statements where every woman had three responses for each statement to choose with three replies matched to the statement. Each statement is scored on a scale of (1-3). The pilot study was carried out for 15 cases to evaluate the relevance, clarity and content validity of the tools used for data collection, evaluate time needed for women to fill tools of the study and find the possible obstacles and problems that might face researcher and interfere data collection. The findings of the present study reached the following conclusion:
• Half of the studied sample developed poor quality of life (Psychological, Physiological and Social QOL domains).
• More than one third of the studied sample developed poor QOL level regarding psychological domain
• More than one third of the studied sample developed poor QOL level regarding Physiological domain.

woman on risk of health problems related to PCOS. • Educational programs and messages through the counseling,
brochures, to increase women awareness about PCOS.
