Abstract

The present investigation was done in the Department of Physiology. Biochemistry and Pharmacology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (Moshtohor), Zagazig University (Benha Branch) during the time extending from October, 1985 to Januray, 1987. The study aimed to clarify three subjected: General structure of skin was clarified with special reference to the morphological picture of the sweat gland allover the animal body and mechanism of sweat secretion through a routine histological processing. Identification of neural supply of sweat glands by using hitochemical studied and administration of different drugs. Study of some factors affecting cutaneous evaporation rate like exercise (galloping) and atmospheric temperature. This study was conducted, Department of Physiology and Biochemistry and Alagherbazin and targeted search three themes: First, explain the overall structure of the skin, especially morphological description of the sweat glands in different parts of the body as well as the knowledge of mechanical sweat through various tints. Second, determine the quality of neurotrophic sweat glands using pigments Alhustokimaaúah and experimenting with different drugs. Third, the study of the effect of some weather factors and exercise on the rate of secretion of sweat and evaporation rates of the skin. Used in this research the number of donkeys mature and full-grown and in good health condition and placed under the conditions of life, health and food suitable for the duration of the experiment. Used the means and methods of traditional and histological dyes for detection of multiple quality of the sweat glands and nerve nutrition. The method was used to measure the cobalt chloride rates of evaporation from the skin - as well as some of the drugs were injected stimulant and inhibitory nerve-friendly and friendly, as well as peer-to-receptor Alvaubita. And to monitor their impact on the rates of evaporation in live animals and on the shape Alforamoulja of the sweat glands and the results showed the following: First installation Almikrscopa skin: 1 - The number of sweat glands, ranging from 4 to 8 gland almost Almikrscopa per field. 2 - characterized by sweat glands as a kind of twisted and tubular winding and winding while the vas deferens to race straight to the somewhat less Tarjaoafath in the surface of the skin next to the hair. 3 - sweat glands are surrounded by epithelial cells, muscle. Second, for the quality of neurotrophic: 1 - Alhustokimaaúah results showed that the sweat glands surrounded by a network of nerves friendly. 2 - The results showed that the rate of evaporation increases significantly when Alaazoberanalin and epinephrine injection unit and after injection of adrenaline receptor alpha inhibitors. Third: For some of the factors affecting the secretion of sweat and evaporation rates: The results showed a significant increase in the rate of evaporation in the summer than in the winter. They also showed higher after a compound exercise and muscular exertion in the summer than in the winter is also a marked increase in the rate of evaporation after muscular exertion winter refers to the existence of such Ahaml hormonal secretion of adrenaline.
