The recently research aims to measure skills of educational design and developed self motivation for learning to students of educational technology with using program based on electronic teaching .To achieve that aim programs have prepared for electronic teaching on the net, The research tools are achievement tests. To measure cognitive aspect of education. Measure the final production , measure of self motivation , test and control tools on 37 male and females students from fourth year. Results of the research:
2- learning effectiveness via internet to acquire skills of instructional design and developing leaning self motivation for student of education technology, faculty of specific education – Mania university. And There is a positive statistically significant correlation at significance level (0.05) between learning self motivation for the research sample students and some skills of instructional design in the course of ”designing educational situations”.
