The world has witnessed in recent years, many changes and accelerated in all areas of life, without exception, particularly the educational aspects which led to the rejection of the educational systems of traditional, and was thus guaranteed education in Egypt teaching of computer and information technology in the second episode of basic education, which is based in the entity to apply educational activities in all educational materials, which we hope will be addressed by the Ministry of Education in Egypt in interesting and wonderful in the content and range of activities undertaken by the learners. Depending on the entrance to identify training needs, which was adopted by a researcher at the actions of this research, where the researcher job training program for teachers of computer material and information technology in the second episode of basic education in the light of their needs. There is no doubt that the substance of computer and information technology in the second episode of basic education relies heavily on the employment of educational technology in the educational process, where you do not know the impact remains only by employing various methods of using educational technology from the experiences of learners,
Hence the researcher points to the need for the importance of in-service teacher training and professional development in the field of computer and information technology, where it is my humble view in the field of educational technology Educational Technology it is : ”Integrated system aimed at engineering educational situations according to the principles and criteria and specific requirements, so that leads to activate and develop and evaluate key elements of the educational process between the teacher and the learner and the educational content and the means of education, in the presence of a learning environment run by cadres of leadership, supervisory and teaching and educational eligible in order to achieve comprehensive quality standards which aims to modern educational renaissance. ”The presence of a teacher realizes its educational role in the educational process where it educational consultant who instructs the learner and guided toward research, creativity and innovation .. Hence, we can say that if teachers PC material and information technology in the second episode of basic education qualified educationally and Academa to teach this article, although most of them non-educators any are graduates of the College of Education, education, quality and mostly graduates of the Faculty of Commerce, engineering or institutes, and did not receive adequate training in how to use educational technology in the teaching of computer and information technology In the second episode of basic education, in addition to the difficulty of the information in the textbook became so there is impairment in scores of pupils in the final tests, hence the researcher found the need to work training program for teachers of PC material and information technology in the second episode of basic education in the light of their needs and this reason essential to the preparation of this research to be a teacher qualified to teach this article using the proposed program.Research Problem : Low level of pupils at the end of the second episode of basic education in the computer material and information technology due to the low level of non-qualified teachers specialty in teaching.Was wondering President who is going on around him:
The effectiveness of the proposed training program based on multimedia meet the needs of teachers of computer material and information technology in the second episode of basic education? The ramifications of this question the president the following sub-questions : 1 - What training requirements for teachers of computer material and information

Research hypotheses:
Hypotheses can be formulated as follows:
1 - There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the
mean scores of teachers group In achievement test pilot for the benefit of
dimensional measurement.
2 - There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the
mean scores of teachers group Note Card experimental performance skills for
the benefit of dimensional measurement.
3 - The training program is effective in the collection of the cognitive side and the
per formative aspect of training needs.
Research Tools:
The researcher has prepared the following research tools:
A - A questionnaire to determine the required training needs of teachers of
computer material and technology Information - (prepared by the
researcher).
B - Achievement test objective / e (Tribal - after me) to measure cognitive skills
side Training the teachers of computer material and Information Technology
- (prepared by the researcher)
C - Note card to measure the performance of the training skills of teachers of
substance and computer technology Information - (prepared by the
researcher).
Research variables:
1 - The independent variable: the proposed training program based on multimedia
in the light of the needs Training.
2 - Dependent variable: collection, performance for teachers of computer material
and information technology in the second episode Of basic education.
Research Approach :
Follow the current research are:
- Descriptive analytical approach: to identify training needs for teachers of
computer material and information technology In the second episode of basic
education through previous studies.
- The experimental approach: is a method that helps in measuring the
effectiveness of the proposed program.
Research Terminologies :
A - Effectiveness:
The researcher known procedurally as: ”the ability of the proposed training program prepared by using multimedia training to achieve the goals of teachers in the collection of computer material and information technology and the growth performance and employment skills optimum in various teaching positions.”
B - the training program:
And known researcher procedurally as: ”an integrated system includes a set of training objectives that are achieved through systems modules programmed to train teachers of PC material and information technology in the light of their needs in a specific time period, thus contributing to the improvement and development of the educational process, and is required for teacher greater than or equal to 90 degrees from the total score in the pretest or posttest to move from Module to another, in the case of receiving a percentage of less than 90 degrees from the total score in the pretest or posttest to be studied for this module. ”

Research Procedures:
1 - See previous studies and literature in the relevant field and effectiveness

Research Results:
1 - Results of cognitive skills that are measured in the application of the achievement test, Uday and tribal interpreted and discussed, has been reached for the results shown in the following table:

And it validates the first hypothesis, which stated that:
”There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) among the middle-level teachers in the experimental group in the achievement test in the pre and post application in favor of the post measurement.”

”There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) among the middle-level teachers in the experimental group in the note card skills and performance in the pre and post application in favor of the post measurement.”
Study Recommendations :
In light of the results of the study, the researcher suggests the following recommendations:
• To adopt the Ministry of Education Egyptian content of the training program
based on multimedia, prepared by the researcher and distributed to all teachers
who taught computer and information technology second stage of basic
education as evidenced by this program effective in meeting the training needs
them when teaching this article.
• The need to employ standards of design and production and employment-based
programs to build multimedia training programs of teachers
material information and other materials to get the best
results.
• The need to focus on the cognitive side as much attention to the performative
aspect in the preparation and rehabilitation programs for teachers of computer
material and information technology in basic education before and during the
service.
• The need to rely on existing training programs on multimedia to train teachers in
all disciplines through workshops.
• The need to train teachers of computer material and information technology on
the production of multi-media programs and how to employ them when
teaching.
Study Proposals :
In light of the findings and recommendations of the study suggests the researcher conducting studies and research the following:
• Conduct research to detect deficiencies in the development of training programs
teachers trend towards the teaching of computer and information technology at
all levels of education in Egypt.
• Calendar book item computer and information technology from the first row
preparatory to the third preparatory grade from the perspective of teachers,
according to international standards when developed in line with the reality of
the Egyptian society and its needs.
• Building-based training programs to meet the multimedia needs of teachers in
different courses in all levels of education.
• Conduct field studies to identify the reality of computer material and application
of information technology and constraints applied to all levels of
education
