The art is a direct response to the factors of intellectual, social and historical any society of human societies is also a reflection of the environmental conditions and geography of the place where the rights and the combination of these factors are determined by the concepts and inspire themes and appoints its forms and of course, applies this to say on the production of art that by the artist along the periods of history different as different from the art of civilization to another has crossed the arts thriving in these civilizations for models such as mixed for beauty, but the development in all functional areas and private artwork and standing science advances in materials, tools and computer use as well as presented by modern technology ores innovative allowed the artist ample room for research and experimentation in order to express their emotions and feelings and this is through handmade arts Fine We can cultivate Made ketene and our thoughts and our feelings communion or in conjunction with others in the ideas and information about the art forms of multiple arts other of the world, and the teacher’s innovative creative and who is looking for raising the curiosity of his students and grown in them curiosity and a desire to search for the expansion of the most fertile ground for the imagination, there are examples of handmade arts offered to them from the past and from the different peoples of different cultures teacher can realize or understand and demonstrate grades and levels of students to sensory objectivity and are at the same time learn some skills they need to work of art or produce art or handmade arts and how to appreciate and the final result positive for lead, which is no doubt that innovation important in every society developed and developing countries alike because unleash human full force towards innovation is one of the most important variables of the human world is closely evolution, and are small and medium enterprises the single most important entrances task within the strategy of economic and social development in Egypt, and then to be the study of the labor market study well so that we can get out labor skilled and trained to challenge and confront the difficulties that you meet and know very well what are the requirements of the current market and the ability to Marketing and competition.
Accordingly, the research problem is determined in the following questions: -
1 - What is the proposed visualization program based on the technically gifted in the field of technical works of art education students?
2 - What is the nature of the relationship between the elements of the proposed program and the methods to train students to some of the activities of qualification for the job market?
This research aims to: -
1 - program is designed to take care of talented technicians in the field of technical works at the fifth year students at the Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University.
2 - Check to find the relationship between the elements of the proposed program and the methods to train students to some of the activities of qualification for the labor market.
The research hypotheses came as follows:
1. Program can be designed in the field of technical works for the rehabilitation of the technical education students of talented people to the labor market.
2. There is a positive relationship between the elements of the proposed program and the training of students sample some rehabilitation activities of the labor market.
The research was divided into five chapters include theoretical and practical framework are as follows: -
Chapter I
The definition includes research and related studies.
Chapter II
This chapter consists of two axes: -
First: the concept of thinking and the creative process.
Second: how talented and caring for their discovery and development of talent they have.
Chapter III
This chapter consists of four axes, namely: -
First: feasibility studies for investment projects and the effectiveness of the works of art in the application on it.
Second: small projects and their role in the economic development of society.
Third: the labor market and requirements for the success of the project technical small and micro enterprises.
Fourth: artistic works as a multi-faceted area.
Chapter IV
This chapter includes the design of the proposed program and procedures.
Chapter V
It includes analysis of the results in light of the research hypotheses which show the effectiveness of the proposed educational program and also includes recommendations and proposals.
