Introduction
The scientific progress led to the progress of science in all its branches so that the study subjects grows in one article , the topics and its fields are branched , different branches of science , the arts and literature are developed , and it became necessary for the individual to provide themselves with a lot of knowledge, experience and trends, in order to understand contemporary society, who lives and adapt to the requirements of the times and events that have become subject to scientific and technological progress.
In recent years technological developments had a great scientific and informational development in employing techniques e-content in its various forms, which are educational computer programs, E- courses through the web, e-book, distance learning, teleconferencing, interactive video, e-library, Open University, video-conferencing, computer conferences and the Internet. The educational process is trying to apply the concept of education at any time or any place, in order to develop the concept of lifelong learning, as it helps to overcome the problem of the distance.
The techniques of e-content assisted to transform the education of conservation and teaching to active learning based on understanding , persuasion, innovation , search for information and the formation of subjective experiences through the process of education and linking education with the application in practical life, as it benefits the individual and society. that is evident through the efforts of the Ministry of Education, which took great interest to benefit from the scientific and technological development in the field of universal use of e-learning, and the need to circulate these kinds of programs in education and training on the use of computers and the acquisition and development of new skills in this area, which is a practical application for the dissemination of modern technology and sophisticated in Egypt and to enable new generations of understanding and mastery , because education is the mastery of the attributes of a good education.
Research Problem
The current problem arose when the researcher taught the practical side of the (use of computers in art education) and found:
* lack of the benefit of skills in the use of computers in the field of art education and its practical use, which is due to the reliance on the traditional methods of explanation in the provision of scheduled (such as dumping explanations using blackboard, and lack of student training of computers because of a hardware failure, and the less of use the advantage of the e-learning technology in educational attitudes which is based on sound psychological methodology.
* The content of the curriculum based on the specialization of academic faculty members who teach the course and not on the characterization of the decision supported and also without the benefit of e-learning technology, services and tools that enrich the educational process
* The number of students in one group is increased students, which reduces the opportunities for interaction between students. As the teaching process based on the applied side of the course.
* Lack of time for actual teaching; where they are taught the practical aspects of two hours per week, resulting in fewer hours of practical training.
* Negative attitudes and fear and awe of the students toward studying the computer in general; resulting in the presence of students to sign the attendance sheets and not for the benefit.
Adding to the confirmation of the current problem, the researcher held a series of personal interviews inhalers for a group of students (20) of art education, who may have completed a study scheduled for the previous year 2010-2011, and the purpose of this interview to determine the extent of benefit from the decision of the use of computers in art education
It is already clear the existence of weaknesses and deficiencies in the skills of the use of computers in art education in the third year students of Department of Technical Education, Faculty of Specific Education, which invited the researcher to try to take advantage of the potential methods of electronic content in giving students the skills to use the computer And that in answering the main question as follows:
Difference effect of e- content on the development of computer skills and the degree of Anexity among students of colleges of specific education?
And from the basic question, the following main sub-questions
1. What is the use of computer skills among students in colleges of education quality?
2. What level of students, faculties of education quality, in the use of computer skills?
3. What is the impact to provide e-content in two forms different (educational computer program – E- courses through the network) to develop the skills of computer use among students in colleges of education quality?
4. What is the impact to provide e-content in two forms different (educational computer program - E- courses through the network) to reduce the degree of anexity from the computer learning among students in colleges of education quality?
The current research aims to:

3- Working to raise the efficiency of technical education students on the use of methods of content e-learning.
4- Submit the results to help reduce the anxiety of learning using e-content.
The research Hypotheses:
The current research tries to find (the research pilot study) the validate of the following hypotheses: 1- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) among the middle-grades students, the first experimental group, who are studying using the educational computer programs; compared to the educational degrees of the second experimental group students who are studying to be using the E- courses through the web in each of the dimensional measurement:
* Achievement test (to measure the cognitive skills to use computer).
* Scorecard product for students (to measure skills in using computer).
* Measure of concern about students’ useing of the computer.
The research tools:
1- List the objectives and content necessary for the development of computer skills for the decision of the use of computers in art Education.
2- A list of skills used in the computer for the use of computers in art education.
3- A test that measures the cognitive side of computer skills.
4- The final product card assessment to computer skills.
5- A concern measurement from the computer learning Heinssen and others. R.K. Heinssen and others. 1987, 49 -59.
Research Methodology:
This research belongs to the category of the Developmental Research, which use the descriptive approach in the study and analysis, design and quasi-experimental approach for measuring the impact of different providing e-content at the stage of the calendar, and this as follows:
1- Descriptive approach: in the study of literature research and studies related with variables research and development of tools used in the research.
2- quasi-experimental approach: in the study of the independent variables on the dependent variables The independent variables in (educational computer programs, E- courses through the web) and the dependent variables in the development of computer skills - the degree of concern from the computer learning among students in colleges of education quality.
