Abstract

Used Alaminocalicosadat including gentamicin and Alaspktinomaysan widely for the treatment of many diseases bacterial especially resulting from negative bacteria Gram- Born this study was to evaluate the effect of gentamicin on the immune response of poultry infected Salmonella Bllorm and also to assess the impact of anti-bacterial and using gentamicin dose of 5 mg / kg of the weight of the bird right in intramuscularly for 5 consecutive days and dose Alaspktinomaysan 20 mg / kg of the weight of the bird intramuscular injections twice a day after day .
The study conducted on 210 Hubbard chick and weighing 35 g day life and divided into 6 groups :
Group A: chick is made up of 45 of the control group ( non Maadah and non - treatment ) .
Group B: consisting of 60 chick - none Maaljhomaadah The Salmonella Bllorm the oral .
Group III: composed of 25 chick Maadah the Salmonella Bllorm and processing Paljntamesin .
Group IV: composed of 25 chick Maadah the Balsalmunella Bllorm and processing Balaspktinomaysan .
Group E : composed of 35 non- chick Maadah and processing Paljntamesin .
Group F: composed of 20 non- chick Maadah and processing Balaspktinomaysan .
* The results yielded the following :
First immunological studies :
1 - gentamicin :
Occurred a significant increase in the total number of white blood cells in birds untreated and Maadah Balsalmunella throughout the duration of the experiment compared to the control group , while showed birds infected and treated Paljntamesin decrease significantly in the total number of cells Digm white in the first week and the second and third after the end of treatment , while there has been no change significantly in the total number of white blood cells in birds non Maadah and gentamicin treatment for the duration of the experiment.
2 - Alaspktinomaysan :
Showed birds infected and untreated significant increase in the total number of white blood cells throughout the experiment while infected birds and showed that hormone treatment a significant shortage of the total number of white blood cells in the second and third week after treatment , compared with infected birds and untreated .
The birds others Maadah and this hormone treatment did not show any significant changes in the total number of white blood cells throughout the period of the experiment compared to the comparison group .
* Second:
Anti -bacterial effect experimentally
Results of this research showed that to gentamicin real estate and distinctive Alaspktinomaysan influential and effective against Salmonella microbe Bllorm experimentally and compared with some other Alaminocalicosadat found that the two most influential inhibiting the growth of the microbe at all.
Third: anti -bacterial effect on the chicken:
A - virtual symptoms of the disease.
B - mortality in chicks .
C - to influence the autopsy .
D - pathological effects histopathological .
* Conclusion:
Conclude from the foregoing that all of gentamicin real estate and Alaspktinomaysan mechanism no impact on the immune responses in gastro Balsalmunella chicken Bllorm that supports effective results in treating Alsalmunellabllorm .
