Abstract

Aim of the present study was to compare conventional MTA (U-MTA) mixed with distilled water with modified MTA (M-
MTA) that was mixed with Calcium lactate gluconate (CLG)
in terms of physical properties, cytotoxicity and sealing
ability . CLG solution was prepared and its chemical
composition was confirmed by various analytical methods.
