Abstract

reaction of the marginal gingiva to plaque accumulation . Removal of dental plaque is recognized as advantageous in the maintenance of gingival health and prevention of periodontal disease . The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of combination of chlorhexidine mouth wash and tooth paste versus chlorhexidine mouth wash only and also versus chlorhexidine oral gel only in plaque induced gingivitis.
