Abstract

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of the use of antioxidants such as vitamin E , vitamin C , acid and betaine Alaurk to broiler diets during periods of heat stress on growth rates and measurements of blood and some of the pathological changes in the body’s internal tissues . Conducted the experiment on the number 420 chick day old strain of Cobb divided into 7 groups and divided each group to under three replicates equal each of which has a number of 20 chick was considered the first group as a control , fed all the groups in the first week and the second and third years of age on the diet initially ( 33 % protein 0.3200 kcal energy represented ) by the planned level of vitamins and mineral salts. The beginning of the fourth week of each group were fed a diet Nahi
(18 % protein 0.3200 kilo Calleri Energy representative ) and by the planned level of vitamins and mineral salts until the end of the experiment . - The beginning of the third week of age and exposure to heat stress has been added vitamin E, vitamin C, folic acid (2 mg / kg ) . The birds were vaccinated against Alnyukasilwagamburo . Were calculated weight gain and feed intake and food conversion rate for each bird in each group each week . Aggregation of blood samples from veins in the suite at the age of 42 days were separated serum in order to analyze the measurement of some components of serum ( total protein - albumin - globulin - glucose - acid, urea - cholesterol and Algelsrdat ) as well as measuring the level of enzymes oxidative stress are an indicator of oxidative stress . The samples were taken from the internal organs of the chicken ( liver - the brain - Milli - intestines - the lungs - the heart - of the spleen ) at the time of slaughter directly at the end of the experiment _ at 42 days of age ) from all groups for the examination Alhstobatholojy . - The conclusion of this study . Proteins that college was not affected by the addition of vitamins and globulin up to the normal limit when added . . Adjust the level of glucose in the blood serum , but in addition , vitamin E does not affect the level of glucose in the blood serum during heat stress . . Lead to reducing the level of oxidative enzymes and reduce the rate of oxidative stress index . . Improve growth rates and feed conversion at the end of the experiment (6 weeks ) and there is the effect of folic acid on the growth rates and feed conversion . * The Ntstantj from this study that : Add all of Hitaminat H , C, and folic acid , as well as betaine to the diets of broiler control during thermal stress with high humidity leads to improvement in growth rates and efficiency of feed conversion and reduce the harmful effect of heat stress which helps to adjust components of blood serum and the activity of antioxidant enzymes with reduced body fat oxidation and reduction of changes Alhstobathololgah Vialaeda interior of the body , which occur due to exposure to heat stress .
