Mobility is a characteristic of human societies and cryptographic, has proved its properties, more and more, in democratic societies - modern where that is the inevitable result of the interaction of groups ,any mainstream who pays a layer of classes or social group to organize themselves in order to take unified action. Social mobility assumes in perfect style open society. Tells the amount of liquidity and movement allows individuals to move freely across the social ladder as much as what is available to them and capabilities as far as their efforts without regard to their social status at birth. Thus, if social mobility found in this picture perfect, it is an indication that the community has exceeded the traditional view Ltd. estimated by the individual in the light of the position inherited. It headed to the appreciation of individuals in the light of the status gained. The society allows the individual to live up as long as have the capacity and competencies that live up. The social mobility - in this picture perfect - is also an indication on the state of justice in the distribution of values in the distribution of opportunities. Therefore concentrated study in the analysis and to clarify and explain the reasons for the time being behind the neutrality of education in the phenomenon of social mobility because of unemployment among the educated or because of the low wages of workers.. And the high wages of a specific category of workers who are linked to power became the power is blowing social status or lose it. The study will complement the way to go initiated by a previous study to Abraham Alaualy to village Bdoay in 1982 and earlier (education and social mobility ”case study” in village Badway) - but in an era different time Bdouamn the year 1983 until the year 2013. The problem of the study : 1- What is the conceptual framework for social mobility? 2- What is the relation of social mobility education? 3- What social economic conditions and educational village Badway, Mansoura? 4- Reality village Badway through study Ibrahim Alaualy the ”education and social mobility” in 1982? The aims of the study : The current research aimed at what follows : The main objective in this research to clarify the impact of education on social mobility among the population of Egyptian villages recently, through : 1-Trying to monitor social mobility in the village BadWay, since 1983 -2012. 2-Identify the impact of education on social mobility in the Egyptian villages. The importance of the study : 1-Scarcity of studies on social mobility at the level of Arab countries, including Egypt, despite the importance of this topic it is almost absent in the research field. 2 - Egyptian society need to research and in-depth scientific studies regarding Avenue socially, economically and politically. The limitation of the study : Time limits: The study will address the role of education in social mobility in the village BadWay, since 1983 until 2013. Border objectivity : Due to the multiplicity of the educational aspects of this topic has confined researcher studied in the following limits : 1- The concept of social mobility as one of the concepts that is surrounded by ambiguity in the minds of many. 2- Identify the impact of education and its role in social mobility Is it still has the same importance as a means of mobility or not. The sample of the study : This tool will be applied on residents Badway village ,Mansoura -born in -1983 m. The tools of the study : The current study will depend on the scale economic and social levels through a personal interview. The methodology of the study : The current study used the descriptive method, it provided enough information that enabled the researcher from applying the appropriate analyze on the educational activities. Study results: 1- The study revealed the existence of a positive relationship between the level of education of the sons and level Education for parents. 2- The study demonstrated that the generation of children registered upward social mobility in the educational level Their parents. 3- The study revealed the existence of a positive relationship between the level of education of the children and their monthly income. 4- The study showed that a generation of children have registered a downward social mobility in income from their parents. 5- The study showed that a generation of children did not register a significant upward mobility in the type of accommodation from their parents. 6- The study revealed the existence of downward social mobility for more than half (55%) children generation from their parents. Recommendations of the study : 1-The study recommends that the educational system should be among the Priorities of the state when formulating Public policies. 2- The study recommends the need to develop educational policies that focus on quality and diversity and lays down common rules ad valorem contribute to the advancement of quality of life in general. 3- Compatibility between the outputs of education and the labor market through attention to the types of education needed by the community.
