Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect of the bone morphogenetic proteins on immediately placed and loaded one-piece dental implants in fresh extraction sockets. Materials and methods: Twenty patients were included in this study and divided into 2 groups, Ten Patients each. One group received the bone morphogenetic proteins along with the dental implant at the time of extraction. And the other group received only the implant at the time of extraction. The evaluation consisted of clinical parameters as (Plaque index, Papillary bleeding index and Periotest Value), radio-graphical analysis (assessment of marginal bone level and change in bone density around implants and statistical analysis at a follow up period of three and six months. Results: Twenty one-piece implant were successfully
