Abstract

The aim of the present study showed that the isolates from ICUs were more resistant than those from the outpatient and other none ICU settings as shown by other studies. We has been collecting 50 sample of patients hospitals and the Ministry of Health Governorate Sharkia Public of Egypt and the age of patients ranged between 35:85 of the samples were collected on the environment nutrient agar and blood agar definition bacteria were isolated and found that the vast majority belong to Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was definition according to the system of the twin towers of (Bergey’s Manual of Determinative Bacteriology, 1974) and found that the bacterial isolates here Ciprofloxacin is very more resistant to antibiotics located when added Amoxycillin found that the least effective of Ciprofloxacin is 1.5, 2.4 and each of two microorganisms Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa respectively and found that the focus reduces content and fatty proteins and nucleic acids and sugars of bacteria isolated.
