Abstract
The present study investigated the use of a titanium micro mech for lateral-window sinus floor elevation without grafting. Four patients with an age range of 18-54 years were enrolled in this study . All patients were indicated for bilateral lateral - window sinus lifting with a total of 8 sinuses . The selection criteria were residual bone height of ∠5 mm based on a preoperative CBCT.
