Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate clinically and radiologically the healing of the soft tissue wound and bone around implants placed immediately in fresh extraction sites after primary closur using the rotated full-thickness palatal flap as compared to rotated to rotated split-thickness palatal flap.
