Abstract
The purpose of the present study was directed to compare the clinical& radiographical effectiveness of 13-Tricalcium phosphate used alone or in conjunction with bone morphogenetic protein around immediate dental implant. The experimental part was used to evaluate the histological effect of BMPs upon peri-implant bone tissue.The present study was carried out on 14 extraction sockets in 8 patients selected with age ranged from 20 to 45 years; they were selected from the outpatient clinic, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University. Each patient was scheduled for at least one single-rooted tooth extraction and an immediately placed implant.
