Abstract

After MWL women’s breasts lose shape, fullness, and droop, natural breasts are made up fatty tissue and once the fat is reduced or loss it dramatically affects the shape and size of the breasts. Often there can be excess hanging skin covering the remaining breast tissue causing an aesthetically unattractive look (Franco, 2010). So shecan go from having macromastia to unwanted Breast ptosis with insufficient breast parenchyma volume, and in these type the optimal direction is to do augmentation mastopexy, or breast ptosis with sufficient breast volume, and in these type the optimal direction is to do mastopexy only without augmentation , or breast ptosis with excess breast parenchyma volume and in these type the optimal direction is to do breast reduction with many technique as superior pedicle or inferior pedicle technique (Heller, 2012). In my conclusion after these essayregardless of the techniques used for those patients, the most important challenging procedure in female breast reshaping after MWL is the good evaluation ofthe breastdeformities, the degree of breast ptosis and breast volume changes , and after that we can choose the suitable and accurate type of operation for these patient to reach the fabulous and symmetrical breast shape, and that is achieved by the good preoperative preparation , professional marking of the patient ,goodpostoperative care and of course safety is first and foremost , and despite the challenges MWL patients present, the rewards for both surgeon and patient can be great.
