The subject of the paper has been discussed through the employment of the following methodology.The analytical critical methodology . the compoarative methodology the historical methodology. On terms of analysising the ideas and putting them on the scale of criticism- the researcher did not ignore the historical methodology to root an idea or another. The subject of this paper will be presented through the introduction. And 4 chapters & conclusion / as the following; the introduction : in wich the researcher started by suitable preamble for the subject of the paper. Its importance –the reasons for choosing it- the literatures - . the methodology of the paper and the plan of the paper.The first chapter ”definition for theshiekh ahmed shaker . methodology in achiving inheritance.The second chapter : the matters of believing for the shiuekh and his methodology in deciding .The third chapter : th situatiuon of theshiekh towards the cases of hearing and obedience & the loyalithy and innocence .The fourth chapter the methodology of the sheikh in criticizing the other parties and his contemporary rivals.But the conclusion included the writing by the researcher for the major results and the recommendations which the study achieved.
