Abstract
Pre-Malingnat Lesions & Pre-Invasive Lesions Of The Breast Include Mainly Atypical Hyperplasia (ADH & ALH) And Carcinoma Insitu (DCIS & LCIS), The Main Treatment Of ADH Is Surgical Excision While In Case Of DCIS Is Conservative Breast Therapy (Wide Local Excision & Adjuvant Radiotherapy) Plus Hormonal Therapy For Hormone Receptor +Ve Lesions (ER & PR). Presence Of Atypical Hyperplasia Or Carcinoma Insitu Is An Indicator Of High Risk Of Breast Cancer So The Goal Of Therapy Of Both Is To Prevent Development Of Breast Cancer.
