Resulting in achieving urban sustainability to those cities rather than the lack of a strategy to invest in urban which prevents sustainability and because there are shortcomings in the planning of these cities that have established by political decisions and is only to provide a pattern of life missing in the major cities to be compensated in these cities and thus be at the potential and savings account services to those cities leading to a lack of reliable integrated city provides all the requirements needed by the life of citizen residence and work, education and so on.
