Abstract
Virus c is a worldwide infectious disease affects only humans as an acute mild and mostly undiagnosed infection that passed immediately within few months to the chronic infection stage that has a special predilection for the liver making it to go to fibrosis and then marked scars of cirrhosis then liver cell failure and lastly liver cell carcinoma with marked annual morbidity and mortality. The proper nature of the virus was first unnoticed and it was referred to it as non A non B virus hepatic infection until the virus was first discovered by choo et al.,1988 and since then it only takes the name of virus C and discovery of the viral nature and structure makes it possible for research work study and more proper treatment to go on this way and there are there are only two routes for diagnoses the first of them is the PCR method polymerase chain reaction that detects the construction of the virus and the typing of it and it was found to be 6 genotypes of the virus and this first method was taken as the golden standard for virus C diagnoses .
